Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used, damaged, or altered products may not be returned.
The customer must contact our Customer Service Department at info@shop.almaqsoud.ae or fill out our Return Request Form to initiate the return process.

Products without proof of purchase or receipt
Hygiene products
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Al Maqsoud’s error
Return Shipping Charges
The customer must pay a shipping fee of 15 AED for product returns (excluding defective or incorrectly delivered products). Returns should be sent to Al Maqsoud’s designated return address.
If the return quantity exceeds 5 cartons, an additional charge of up to 50 AED may apply, depending on the weight of the product.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method* within 14-21 working days from the date of receiving the return package (excluding weekends and public holidays).
*Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer only.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on Promotion (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; promotional items (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, minimum spend offers) are non-refundable.
Canceled Orders (if applicable)
If you paid for your order online and canceled it before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 14-21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders canceled after dispatch will incur a 15 AED cancellation fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
If Al Maqsoud has made an error in dispatching your order and this has been confirmed, we will take responsibility for collecting the incorrect package and delivering the correct items at no additional charge.
